TheSeeder is an AI-powered social media content management platform that helps businesses manage their content creation teams (seeders and KOLs). The Service includes campaign creation, content distribution, AI-powered moderation, performance tracking, and payroll calculation.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized access.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant TheSeeder the right to store, process, and display your content as necessary to operate the platform. You may not submit content that violates applicable laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, or contains misleading information.

5. Social Media Integration

The Service may connect with third-party platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Threads. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. TheSeeder is not responsible for content posted on third-party platforms through the Service.

6. AI Features

The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with content creation, moderation, and analysis. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only, and users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publication.

7. Payments

Service fees are determined by your subscription plan. All fees are charged in Vietnamese Dong (VND) unless otherwise agreed. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” TheSeeder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the most recent 12-month period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
